Legal agreement governing the use of sikowd services and platform
By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any services provided by sikowd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using our platform and services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and sikowd (the "Platform," "Service," "We," "Us," or "Our").
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use sikowd services. You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and during all subsequent use of the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the sikowd platform. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. During registration, you must provide accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number.
sikowd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing account holder name). You must submit requested documents within seven (7) calendar days of the request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify sikowd customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. sikowd shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:
The following categories of persons are prohibited from using sikowd services: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or immediate family members of sikowd or its affiliates; (c) individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal; (d) individuals who have previously been banned or excluded from sikowd; (e) individuals on self-exclusion lists or problem gambling registers.
sikowd accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB on business days). Off-hours deposits may be processed on the next business day. sikowd does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose transaction charges.
All transactions on sikowd are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at prevailing exchange rates, with conversion fees potentially applied by your payment provider.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed), you must have wagered at least the amount of your most recent deposit once, and there must be no active bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your name that have been previously used for deposits.
sikowd processes withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed instantly 24/7. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on Account tier and verification status.
sikowd does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees. Withdrawals requested to payment methods different from the deposit method may incur administrative fees to cover enhanced verification procedures.
sikowd reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests and conduct additional verification if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to: unusually large deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests with minimal wagering, frequent deposits and withdrawals with no gaming activity, or transactions inconsistent with the User's known financial profile.
All bonuses offered by sikowd are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. Bonuses typically carry wagering requirements (the total amount you must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash). Wagering requirements range from 1x to 50x depending on the promotion type. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe results in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
sikowd employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting with other players, placing bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event simultaneously), or any pattern of play that sikowd reasonably determines is intended to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine gaming. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and Accounts may be permanently closed.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements or be entirely excluded. Bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to maximum stake limits.
All sports betting markets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Dead heat rules apply to markets with tied outcomes. sikowd reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known or where inside information was used.
All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested by eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term payout rates and do not guarantee individual session results. Live dealer games are subject to the specific rules of each game variant, with disputes resolved by reviewing video footage of the game in question.
Togel (traditional Indonesian lottery) results are determined by official lottery pools in Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau. sikowd accepts bets on these draws but does not operate or influence the draw outcomes. sikowd strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We employ age verification procedures during registration and reserve the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, with all funds forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.
sikowd provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible through your Account settings: (a) Deposit Limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts; (b) Loss Limits: set maximum loss thresholds over specified periods; (c) Session Time Limits: set maximum continuous play duration; (d) Reality Check Reminders: receive notifications about session duration and net win/loss; (e) Self-Assessment Quiz: evaluate your gaming behavior against problem gambling indicators.
Users may self-exclude from sikowd for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your Account will be closed, you will be unable to log in or deposit funds, and all marketing communications will cease. All content on the sikowd platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, odds data, and written materials, is the property of sikowd or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the sikowd platform without prior written authorization. Automated scraping of odds data, game content, or user information is strictly prohibited.
While sikowd strives to maintain 24/7 platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service disruptions. sikowd shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, provided reasonable efforts are made to restore service promptly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sikowd's total liability to any User for all claims arising from or related to the use of our services shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User into their Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim. sikowd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.
The sikowd platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. sikowd does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which sikowd holds its primary operating license. References to Indonesian law are made solely for the purpose of establishing eligibility criteria for Users and do not constitute submission to Indonesian jurisdiction for all purposes.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of sikowd services, you agree to first contact customer support at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within fourteen (14) calendar days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution. Formal disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
You agree to resolve disputes with sikowd on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against sikowd.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with a zero balance inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months will be automatically closed.
sikowd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, failure to complete KYC verification, extended periods of inactivity, or if we determine that continued service provision is not in sikowd's commercial interest. Upon closure initiated by sikowd, we will process withdrawal of any legitimate funds remaining in your Account, subject to completion of any pending investigations.
sikowd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address registered on your Account and by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of sikowd services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with modified terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the sikowd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and sikowd regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
